Meet Kelsea

OWNER + PRINCIPAL

My passion for real estate began at a young age when I was exposed to remodeling and flipping homes in Dallas. It was love at first sight and I instantly became ingrained in the world of design and renovation, gaining experience through restoring houses of the 1950-1970’s era. After studying Finance & Marketing at Baylor University, I returned to Dallas to start a career in Real Estate which ultimately led to me running my own brokerage, The COBO Group. I started Dallas Furnished Homes shortly after to fill the need for flexible and friendly Short-Term Housing in Dallas. Our goal is to provide exceptional service so that our clients feel at home while they stay with us.

What is the minimum stay length?

Our minimum stay is 1 month. For insurance claims, most stays range between 1 month and 6 months, though we can accommodate stays of 12+ months. We have no set cutoffs that would force you out before your home is ready.

What's included in the monthly rate?

Everything. All utilities (electricity, water, gas), high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, full furnishings, linens, cookware, and even lawn care are included in a single monthly rate. There are no hidden fees — perfect for clean insurance billing and zero surprises for your family.

Do you accommodate families with children and pets?
